- More Info: As the Official Airline of the Irish Rugby Team, Aer Lingus was proud to send the Irish rugby squad on their way to Japan and to help to bring Home Advantage wherever we play. Pictured boarding Aer Lingus’ Green Spirit, flight EI174, to London Heathrow this afternoon was the Irish rugby squad led by Captain Rory Best. Aer Lingus cabin crew and ground staff formed a guard of honour as they boarded the aircraft. Flight EI174 was operated by Aer Lingus Captain Thomas Jordan and First Officer Nicholas Power
