2^nd February 2024: Aer Lingus, longstanding Official Airline partner of the IRFU, today marked the start of the 2024 Guinness Six Nations Tournament with a heart-warming piece of content featuring Mandy Watts, third generation Aviva Stadium IRFU hospitality worker and long-time Irish rugby fan. In the video, Aer Lingus rewards Mandy’s dedication to Irish Rugby and surprises her with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to bring #HomeAdvantage to the team’s first game of the tournament in Marseille later today.

The generational love for rugby is something that runs through the entire Watts family. Mandy has been working in IRFU hospitality at Aviva Stadium since she was very young, with her Grandfather beginning the family lineage of working at the home of Irish Rugby in the 1940’s. Her daughter Amy has continued to follow the family’s tradition by being present at every match.

While she may not be watching the matches herself, Mandy is passionate about her role in creating the right atmosphere within the stadium to ensure the team and rugby fans feel that home advantage.
